1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AffProf ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AffProf provides affiliate link management tools including: • Short link generation and tracking • QR code generation • Affiliate link monitoring • Click analytics

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when registering • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service • One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for illegal purposes • Use short links to redirect to malicious, deceptive, or harmful content • Spam or abuse the short link redirect system • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service • Resell or sublicense the Service without permission • Create short links that impersonate other brands or people We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Free plan is available with limitations as described on the Pricing page • Pro plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled • You may cancel at any time from your account settings • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Free Trial

• Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial • No credit card required to start the trial • After the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel

7. Intellectual Property

• AffProf and its logo are trademarks of AffProf • You retain ownership of all content you create (links, products, data) • You grant AffProf a license to store and process your data to provide the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE: • 100% uptime or availability • That link monitoring will catch every broken link instantly • Accuracy of click analytics data

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFFPROF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms • Engage in fraudulent activity • Fail to pay subscription fees You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
