AffProf ("we", "us", "our") collects the following information when you use our service: • Account information: email address and name when you register • Usage data: links you create, products you add, click events on your short links • Click analytics: country, device type, browser, and referrer source of clicks on your short links (no personally identifiable visitor information is stored) • Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never store credit card details. • IP addresses: stored in hashed form only, never in raw format
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: • Provide and operate the AffProf service • Send email alerts when your affiliate links break • Send transactional emails (receipts, account notices) • Improve and develop new features • Respond to support requests We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: • Stripe: for payment processing • Resend: for transactional email delivery • Neon/Supabase: for database hosting • Vercel: for application hosting All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
4. Data Retention
• Account data is retained while your account is active • After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days • Click analytics are retained for 12 months
5. Cookies
AffProf uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights

7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including: • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) • Hashed passwords via our authentication system • Row-level security on our database
8. Children's Privacy
AffProf is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
